On December 14th, an annual tournament will take place in Barcelona, titled 'Vtes per La Marató de TV3.' T

his tournament is a charitable event, and all proceeds will be donated to the Fundació La Marató (www.ccma.cat/tv3/marato/).
The Fundació La Marató de TV3 raises funds each year for a specific cause (the cause of thi year is cancer) and allocates the proceeds to research in support of that cause. It is sponsored by Catalonia's most-watched TV channel, TV3, and raises between 9 and 15 million euros annually in Catalonia. All Catalans take pride in these efforts and contribute in whatever way they can.
We hope that the attendance at the event will be around 50 to 60 participants, similar to the numbers in the past years when it has been held (last years the attendance was 45 players).
The tournament prizes are generously sponsored by various sponsors and volunteers.

The German Nationals in November 2023 attracted 23 players, the Nationals in September 2024 attracted 32.
The German Grand-Prix in September 2023 attracted 35 players, the one in August 2025 attracted 49 players.

The event is currently advertised on vekn.net (www.vekn.net/forum/europe/82485-german-nationals-8th-of-november-2025) and announcements in several Facebook groups of European VTES communities will come soon.
