Randy the designer answered this already, see below. I wrote a long reply that disappeared when a support guy at my work came by and said "I want to install Adobe CS5 for you, is it ok if I reboot your station?" However, this is a short variant:

4. Depends on the table. Most often it´s best startin choppin down vamps right ahead. Sometimes you are lucky and can gain the upper hand of the table before the table hate gets going.
