12 different cards in the library. I wonder if that's a record of some sort in the current format.

Why were players put in the Red List?
Pool sacking?
Self-oust?
Abandoning the game?
Eating other player's cards?

PRIZES AND PUNISHMENTS
8 Justicar plaques (in Latin):
The top 8 players will be appointed as Justicars. The winner will
choose his or her Justicar title and plaque first. The other finalists
will receive their titles and plaques at random. Then the 6th ranked
player will choose his Justicar title and plaque, and so on:
The available titles are:
-Assamite Justicar
-Brujah Justicar
-Gangrel Justicar
-Malkavian Justicar
-Nosferatu Justicar
-Toreador Justicar
-Tremere Justicar
-Ventrue Justicar
3 Anathema plaques (in Latin):
The Inner Circle of the Camarilla will not tolerate those who fail, so
3 of the vampires occupying the 5 last places at the tournament will
be declared Anathema, and will be included on the Red List, together
with the kindred most wanted.
The last 5 players will play an alternative final. The winner will be
declared Anathema Maximum, and 2 other finalists will be randomly
declared Anathema Maius and Anathema Magnum, respectively.
Other prizes:
Each player will get 5 booster packs (from various expansions) for each game he or she wins, regardless of the number of players in the game. In case there is no game win in a given game, the involved players will get 1 booster pack for each VP they got.

There are twelve freaking cards in this deck. Twelve. Animalism is indeed the strongest non-Dominate discipline now. It eclipsed Presence when Deep Song hit, and Nana Buruku cemented its awesomeness. Deep Song, Crows, and Bats are almost enough to win a tournament, just those three cards. It’s ridiculous. Since we aren't getting any new cards anymore, I wonder what the long-term solution to this problem is going to be? What are the anti-Deep Song, anti-Crows, anti-Animalism strategies? I suppose S:CE wrecks it, but Presence-based decks were hardly played at all at the 2011NAC, so I'm unsure that they are going to make a comeback.CAMARILLA CONCLAVE 2011 (10th edition)

Problem lies in no counter to combat strategies based on one or two cards (ie, decks that play one/two cards in double digits), they tried to do it with botched move, but they failed.
Another problem are decks with 25+ master cards in, with recursion.

Sabbat.Black Hand Shakar: Lech loathe ranged weapons. Once each action, he may burn 1 blood to become Camarilla Prince of Krakow until the end of the action.
