I disagree. Of course you cannot sudden all 25%, but in crucial phases in a round it can give you the oust. What about a cancelled Golconda, a cancelled Villein with no second in hand and so on? IMHO repeating the phrase "Suddens don't work" just strengthens MPA-decks.
Sudden, Wash, Bleeding the Vine. With all the Villeins flying around, it is high time to pack enough of them when planning for a quick first VP.
Suddens etc. are a bad plan against multiple MPA decks. Even something extreme like ~10% of deck space spent on canceling one master per turn has too little effect on ~25% of deck space dedicated to playing multiple masters per turn.

What's the question again? This is a really good archetype. This particular specimen isn't how I'd build the deck. 6/90 Ashur Tablets seems kind of bizarre. Mine was 9/76. Also, the Lilith tech is nice, but why not then play smaller vampires and some Animalism cards?
Criticism of the deck aside, it's really good, mainly because of what normally is played in the tournament scene. Dementation bleed, weenie Auspex, this deck just destroys. Always having a rush in hand means table control. Fatty vote won't tend to have enough s:ce. If the tournament meta shifts, as I think it will (despite no new cards), the viability of Nana decks will similarly shift.
If you're looking at this deck going "My Assamite rush deck will totally destroy this wimpy thing!" then odds are you aren't playing in a lot of big tournaments or if you are, sorry, but you aren't getting many VPs. It's a good deck because it chews up a lot of what other people are playing right now. Crowbats are very consistent and Deep Song is an impressively good card.

Having the tournament scene containing a deck with a strong combat focus is a healthy thing as well, imho.
