lot of cards. So I'll just desribe my overall impression.
First of all, majority of illustrations are really nice, would be good if we have more good quality graphics in vtes.
Cards for mortis - nice, but because there are no vampires with mortis and you can gain it only by playing master card, they'll be unplayable. For comparison, cards for maleficia, which have same mechanics for gaining access to them, are much stronger, f.e. psalm of the damned, evil eye

Ashirra - I think they are to good. Comparing to anarch three way card, cards for ashirra are just better. I feel as well that three way mechanic should be anarch-only

Bardo - most of them is nice. Mummification ritual is just stupid. Just add graverrobing and you can get a picture

Cards for anarchs - I like most of them

Cards for infernals -
vogue theatre - stupid - it makes 3 actions unblockable for free!
demonic intentions - even with disciplines requirements this card is incredibly strong. Parity shift looks pale comparing to it.
metathias pact - very overpowered, especially as a master card. Removing minion form the game just for playing a master is totally against the spirit of this game. Bad design.

Cards for the allies - I like the concept and some cards, but some are problematic.
One problem is nephandus which is already really strong card and cards like traditions of nine, control probability and other boosting mages cards makes him even stronger. All those could make nephandus based decks overpowered.
Covenant of the millions - too strong. It let's you recruit 1-pool cost wraiths for free and make it unblockable. Without "pay half the cost" clause it would be more balanced.
Most of proposed allies are too weak for their costs to be playable.
Philodox - I'm not sure but I think it makes no sense in WoD background that werewolf has anythink to do with vampires politics.

Mixed 33 cards - some are fine, but nothing special. I think demoralizing defeat is too strong.
Special delivery truck - burning any minion as an +1 stealth action??!! Whooaa. What a stupid card!

Vampires - I really like them a lot

Then compare Mortis to Striga. They are based on the WoD Discipline and made primarily for HoS.

You can only become Ashirra via Qur'an. It doesn't have an inherrant or other multiple ways of becoming Ashirra.

Mummification Ritual - Tapping, burning, or sending a vampire to torpor can get you a VP.

The Vogue Theatre could possibly send ever one of your minion to the ash heap or torpor
Demonic Intentions only has 2 vampires OOB than can play it at inferior and only 1 of those can play it at superior. cf. Quicksilver Contemplation, which at the time of printing, no vampire OOB could play it at superior.
The removal of a minion via Methathiax's Pact could have a restriction by capacity or cost. The cost of card is similiar to Last Stand where ousting gets you a net gain of 0 pool. And remember, if you fail in this "last ditch" effort to oust your prey, unless someone else just happens to oust someone before your next untap phase, you are out.

Cards for the allies.
If Nephandus is the only objection to mage ally cards then....
Covenant of the Millions - there are only 4 wraiths that cost 1 (1 for pool and 3 that cost 1 blood).
The concern about Philodox is understandable but then again we have 4 werewolves that could gain any title in the game, the Abominations.

Special Delivery Truck - Yeah, I didn't make this one, the risk of the coin toss isn't justifiable enough to be able to burn most permanent cards at stealth. 0 or -1 stealth or a restriction to cost of minion might be appropriate.

Inyor made some really great vampires. I only altered about 4-6 of them and corrected their formatting.

Indeed so.
(Not that there's that much bad art in VTES)

But then again, just checking the odd card from here and there I found pictures from other CCGs (Rage) and WW rulebooks. So I'm guessing most of the stuff, if not all, is just, erm, "loaned" from other sources.

Of the few cards I quickly browsed through (mainly the werewolf cards) I got to say they seemed to be interesting and balanced. So thumbs up from me!

I haven't looked at them in detail, at a quick glance they seem interesting though.

On the Mortis cards, why not just make them :nec:

instead of creating a new discipline? I know in the rpg Mortis is not Necromancy, but there is precedence in the game for changing the discipline of a card when it's brought in from the rpg (for example Koldunic Sorcery powers becoming Vicissitude).

Yes, the artwork either came with the card (for those that I reformatted) or from a Bing search for good artwork.
I made them Mortis after being inspired by the two new non-Disciplines, it even has only five cards and the Master card just like them. Plus, just because...
