here you have a few cards that I created.
Give your opinion and say if you think that should be more offensive or less


Gargoyle Cards:

Guard of the Haven
Type: Ally
Requires: Gargoyle
Cost: 4 blood
Gargoyle ally with 3 life, 2 strenght, 0 bleed.
Guard of the Haven cannoct act. Guard of the Haven gets +1 intercepts against (d) actions.
If Guard of the Haven successfull blocks, she may set the range to close ( skip the determinate range).


Lasombra Cards:

Isabella Do Montes
Group: 5
Capacity: 6
OBT ani dom pot
Sabbat Bishop: If you control a ready Cardinal or Regent,
Isabella gets first strike in combat.

Judith
Group: 5
Capacity 8
DOM OBT POT myt
Sabbat: While Judith is ready, Nocturns gets +1 strenght.
Cards that requires obt cost Judith 1 less blood.

Maria de las Mercedes
Group:5
Capacity:9
DOM OBT POT PRE
Sabbat Archbishop of Valencia: Maria de las Mercedes may burn an ally or remove a vampire
with capacity 3 or less from the game, as a 1 stealth political action. +1 bleed.


Santa Inquisición
Type: Ally
Requires: Lasombra
Cost: 3 pool
Unique mortal ally with 2 life, 0 strenght, 1 bleed.
During a political action called by a titled Lasombra you control, you may tap Santa Inquisición to change the votes of a vampire controlled by another methuselah to votes of your choice.
If a titled lasombra you control is sent to torpor in a combat with a vampire, you may burn Santa Inquisición to inflict x-6 unpreventable damage on the opposing vampire and his or her retainers, where x is the capacity of the titled lasombra.


Nosferatu Cards:

Lucca
Group: 5
Capacity: 7

Camarilla primogen: Lucca gets 2 addittional votes if you control a ready Nosferatu Justicar.
Once during a combat, Lucca may burn 1 blood to get an optional press.

Phantomas
Group: 5
Capacity:9

Camarilla Primogen: While are any location in play, (D) actions against Phantomas cost an addittional blood or life.

Alfonso Diaz
Group: 5
Capacity: 10

Camarilla Prince of Melilla: Alfonso may burn 3 blood during your master phase, to get +3 hand size until the end of your turn.
Patagia cards cost Alfonso 1 blood or pool less.

Secrets Revealed.
Type: Action
Require: Nosferatu
Cost: 1 Pool
Unique. Put this card in play. When a Nosferatu you control, succesfully performs a (D) action; put a blood from the blood bank on this card.
During your influence phase, you may move any amount of blood from this card to any nosferatu in your uncontrolled region.

Edward, the Hustler

Capacity: 10

Sabbat Cardinal: Non-sabbat vampires must burn 2 blood to cast votes in any referendum if Rosa Maria is ready.
Rosa Maria cannot be target of (D) actions performed by allies. Infernal.

Pitman
Type: Ally
Requires: Nosferatu Antitribu
Cost: 3 pool
Unique ally with 3 life, 1 strenght, o bleed.
Pitman may search any ash heap for a non-unique retainer or non-unique equipment,
and move to a Nosferatu Antitribu you control as a 2 stealth action (ignore requirements; pay cost as normal)
Pitman cannot block actions.

Nosferatu & Nosferatu Antitribu Cards:

Patagia: Untouchable Skin.
Type: Action
Require: Nosferatu or Nosferatu antitribu
Cost: 1 blood
1 Stealth action
Put this card on the acting Nosferatu or Nosferatu Antitribu.
Once each combat, this vampire may burn 1 blood to be immune to grapple cards.
A vampire may have only 1 Patagia card.

Patagia: Petrified Skin
Type: Action
Require: Nosferatu or Nosferatu antitribu
Cost: 2 pool
1 Stealth action
Put this card on the acting Nosferatu or Nosferatu Antitribu.
This vampire prevents 2 damage each combat.
A vampire may have only 1 Patagia card.

Patagia: Oversized Teeths
Type: Action
Require: Nosferatu or Nosferatu antitribu
Cost: 2 blood
1 Stealth action
Put this card on the acting Nosferatu or Nosferatu Antitribu.
This vampire gains 2 additional blood when hunting.
Once each action, this vampire may burn 1 blood to get +1 bleed and +1 stealth.
A vampire may have only 1 Patagia card.

Patagia: Augmented senses
Type: Action
Require: Nosferatu or Nosferatu antitribu
Cost: 2 pool
1 Stealth action
Put this card on the acting Nosferatu or Nosferatu Antitribu.
This vampire gets +1 intercept. This vampire may burn 2 blood to atempt to block any action
called by any vampire controlled by another methuselah ( ignoring the normal prey, predator or target restrictions).
A vampire may have only 1 Patagia card.


Ventrue Antitribu Cards:

Walled Town
Type: Master
Requires: Ventrue antitribu
Cost: 2 pool
Unique master. Put this card on a location you control. This location cannot be burned, contested or stolen.
If a methuselah ousted you, he or she may burn 3 pool to take control of this card,
and place it on a location he or she controls.


Animalism Cards:

Savage Fury
Type: Action Modifier.
Requires: Animalism.
Cost: 2 blood
Do not replace until your discard phase
ani: +2 bleed, or +2 stealth, or +1 bleed and +1 stealth.
After playing this card, you cannot play another action modifier to further increase the bleed for this action.
ANI: Only usable when an ally or younger vampire succesfully blocks this acting vampire.
The opposing minion takes 2 unpreventable damage, before combat begins.
If the opposing minion is not ready during the Determine range step, the action continues as if unblocked.

Necromancy Cards:

Enchanted House
Type: Combat
Requires: Necromancy
Cost: 1 blood
Only usable before range is determined on the first round.
nec: The opposing minion takes 1 unpreventable damage, before range is chosen.
NEC: As above, and the opposing minion must burn 1 blood or life, to attempt to strike.

Obtenebration Cards:

Armor of Darkness
Type: Equipment
Requires: Obtenebration
Cost: 2 blood
obt: The vampire with this equipment prevents 1 damage each round of combat.
A vampire may have only 1 Armor of Darkness.
OBT: As above, and this vampire may burn 1 blood to treat aggravated damage, as normal damage.


Dual Discipline Cards:

Murderous Rage
Type: Action
Requires: Dementation / Obfuscate
Cost: 2 blood
Do not replace until the end of the action
1 stealth action. Grapple card.
obf: Enter combat with any minion. Damage cannot be aggravated during this combat.
obf / dem: As above, and this acting vampire gets first strike.
OBF / DEM: As above, and this acting vampire gets +2 strenght during this combat.

Master Cards:

Sudden Knowledge
Type: Master
Cost: 3 pool
Do not replace until your next untap phase. Unique master.
Put this card in play. During your minion phase ( not usable during an action),
you may tap this card and search your ash heap, hand or library, for a master discipline card
and put on a vampire you control. Tap that vampire.


Political Action Cards:

Our Territory
Type: Action
Requires: Cardinal or Priscus
Cost:
1 Stealth Action
Only one Our Territoy may be played each turn.
Choose a Methuselah who controls a clanless location.
Take control of that location and the choosen Methuselah burns x+2 pool, where x is the cost of the choosen location.

So you might want to pick a different keyword to describe your alternate physical deformities.

I find it hard to comment on so many cards. I'd prefer one thread for one card each or one cardtheme like the Patagia cards or the vampires by clan.

Just a note: the word "Patagia" literally means "Flaps allowing limited flight".
So you might want to pick a different keyword to describe your alternate physical deformities.

Agree with Joscha. To many cards to comment in one thread. But it will try ;)
Guard of the Haven - could have a possibility to play flight cards. At 4 blood cost I think it's to weak to be playable.
Isabella Do Montes - normal vampire, nothing special.
Judith - interesting special
Maria de las Mercedes - very good vampire for lasombra political deck. A little overpowered. +1 bleed should be removed.
Santa Inquisición - good ally but very costly.
Lucca - ok
Phantomas - ok
Alfonso Diaz - ok
Secrets Revealed - overpowered. Imagine nosferatu weenie obf with this card.
Edward, the Hustler - three disciplines for 4 cap is enough. Special should be removed
Vannessa Smith - very good special
Smelly John - insanely good special. Very overpowered.
Boogeyman - enter combat and +2 strenght on the same minion? Last time I saw such combination it was on 11 cap vampire. Too strong.
Stella, Priestess of the suffering - very good
Rosa Maria, Matrona de los malditos - special concerning referendums is too strong
Pitman - nice
Patagia: Untouchable Skin - too weak to see play
Patagia: Petrified Skin - good, strong card
Patagia: Oversized Teeths - very good card. Probably little overpowered.
Patagia: Augmented senses - very strong. Overopowered
Walled Town - very weak
Savage Fury - very strong. Gives a lot of versatility and at the same time each effect is powerfull. Versatile cards should have their effects weaker. Overopowered.
Enchanted House - ok
Armor of Darkness - ok
Murderous Rage - why it has anything to do with obfuscate?? Should be paired with potence
Sudden Knowledge - too costly for the effect
Our Territory - ok.

Generally there is a lot of overpowered cards and a lot of cards to costly for their effects.
