although, come to think of it, there may already be something that has a similar effect.

I like the title: maybe force a vampire calling a political action into combat somehow?

it would be cool where the winner of a combat determined the outcome of a referendum. but such a card would likely require a wall of text to really make any kind of sense in game terms. you don't want a double victory in that you don't want to ash/torp a vampire, and reward the combat deck doubly. such a thing would have to result in virtual damage and other weird things.

Maybe somehting like combat card play after combat where this vampire succesfully inflicts more damage on a titled vampire... this vampire has any ballots form their title during the next referendum?

Maybe something thst lets a combat happen before votes are cast, and lets the victor take whatever votes the loser would have had?
As a sidenot, why the vtes snakez and the requiem cicrle of crone, invicta, ordo dracul, lancea sanctum, and carthians? Does not compute......
If you ever played or tried to play vtr, look up the thread i did awhile back on incorporating vtr vamps into vtes. I submitted several, but the new orleans ones were the only good ones.
