Ah, completely agree, I think it would be better "this round". I myself play votey-combat deck and find my crosstable allies blocking my permarush PAs even if I promise not to rush them with that card ever. I believe adding like two-or-so of the beforementioned card would help to gently convince someone like Arika to stop being paranoid. The only card I know of with similar "convincing" techiniques is Yawp Court, but it is unique and you are forced to get the job done, so... And in such cases you may not want to torporize your crosstable fattys, because it most likely would present someone else a VP.
