[QUI] Choose a minion controlled by the target of the bleed who cn attempt to block. He attempt to block. After this action resolve, he cannot block or play reaction until the end of the turn.

Ambulance and Momentary Delay (and the expensive Torrent) make me wince a little - force a combat and get a bleed, all in one go.

In general, there are a fair number of cards that depend on a block, or a block attempt, that an opponent can avoid by not blocking - Kiss of Ra is probably the biggest. Being able to force the block may be fairly obnoxious.

Ive always thought there should be a card that forces a block. Never could decide what discipline would get it though.

It would be cool as a permanent effect or as a modifier, but very neat in general. Maybe presence and or animalism, at which point i think Fakir is the only vamp who could be crazy with forcing a block ona dawn op, usimg weather control and (repair the undead fleah, pentiient resilience, skin of night, jau vema...) to ruin someones day.

Quietus had powers to mute areas, selective silence. That could feasibly have some sort of non-block or tap or distract into blocking sorts or applications.....

Could at leqst diversify quietus some, building on ohlmanns basic ideas.

What about using existing concepts to give them neat stuff.

Provisions of predators enticement(working title, so its plain where i stole the ideas)

Combat.
qui: only useable when this minion is still ready during combat and the opposing minion is not.this minion may burn a blood to immidiamtely enter combat with an ally or vampire with capacity less than 5. (This is not an action and cannot be blocked)
QUI: as above, but if this minion was chosen for a contract on the non-ready minion, you may burn that contract to burn up to 3 pool from that minions controller. This vampire then gains that much blood.

I thought about having it burn 4 pool and let you gain 2 if you burn a contracted minion, but thats just too much setup for qui and contracts.

Since the focus of next expansion is the indie clans it might be a solid idea to boost Quietus combat.

You know, just to put assassins back to Assamites...

Aside from a variety of nasty[0] tricks which I don't think we'd actually want, what would it give you that just rushing the vampire in the first place doesn't? Responsible stealth-bleed, for when your Assamite is bounced? (Would you be better off playing Spying Mission?)

[0] By nasty, I mean "borderline broken because they might well be nigh impossible to defend against".

Maybe presence and or animalism, at which point i think Fakir is the only vamp who could be crazy with forcing a block ona dawn op, usimg weather control and (repair the undead fleah, pentiient resilience, skin of night, jau vema...) to ruin someones day.

Kiss of Ra is much simpler. PRE/FOR is obviously extremely common among Ventrue, and ANI/FOR on Gangrel. PRE/FOR/ANI is on 6 fatties, including Una. PRE/TEM (Evernight/Hourglass) gets you 7 True Brujah. Nu has ani/PRE/TEM too.

Quietus had powers to mute areas, selective silence. That could feasibly have some sort of non-block or tap or distract into blocking sorts or applications.....

QUI/FOR is 5 vampires (plus 2 Advanced) - 3 Assamites, a Caitiff and a Harbinger.
