Overkill is highly underrated. You know, like in computor games and such.

If you could put in play, and use it when you become "under siege", it would improve the usefullness of the card. If your haven is under siege, a phased motion detector or similar devices could also be available?

Unfortunately, the obvious way of bringing PMD in is to use the keyword "electronic equipment". Which also includes Camera Phone and Laptop, and we probably don't want an easy way to tutor and equip those.
You could, of course, list specific cards, go for something like "electronic equipment with a combat effect" (which would include IR Goggles and Light Intensifying Goggles, but not PMD!), or something like "Cannot be used to fetch a piece of equipment that increases your bleed." But it starts getting annoying.

You may search your library and equip a non-unique melee weapon on any of your minions for 1 less pool than its cost for each weapon; tap the minions who equip a weapon. All of your untapped minions gain +1 intercept against
actions targeting you while this card is in play. Burn this card at the start of your untap phase.

Its purpose is too increase the playability of melee weapons.
My big dream is to make Bang Nakh played, but this card doesn't address this issue since people would tend to fetch free equipments such as Poker or Stakes...

No, I didn't forget it, it's just unnecessary because the minions equip the weapons and therefore, by default, must pay their cost and fulfill the requirements.Ah, you forgot to add "pay cost as normal" as well?
Right. This would allow playing more than one copy in the deck without using it as a twister.The cyclability is a problem. I would add the requirement to have minion without melee weapon ; this way, the card could not be cycled to easily. The first one would be very easy to play, the other less so.
I doubt it would be stronger than just playing a Decapitate or Disarm (since both weapons require to deal more than 1 damage with it). Sure, one could play Target Vitals and trigger them, but it remains weak.The main thing to check would be wether Garrote or Wooden Stake are too easy to use with this card. In this case, the once per game per methuselah would be better.

You could do a deck with minions with sup' celerity and at least +1 strength, e.g. Jack Drake, Jacque Molay, Joe Boot Hill, Jaroslav Pascek, Enkidu...
They would then only need this card, Psyche!, and some maneuver to be frightening in combat. Jaroslav garrot is already something frightening to behold when it work, but right now it's way too hard to pull off.
Bang Nakh don't give enough for his heavy price regardless. It need a text change to be worth something.
