I could imagine both the bofuscate and celerity cards having a blood cost of one to start with, not to make two already pretty dominant disciplines more powerful.
Necromancy action seems a wee bit weak, to be honest... I don't really know if it needs to cost a blood. For the inferior effect you'll want to spam cards, and Samedi and Harbingers don't have so many good spamming cards, like Govern. Pool is okay, but hurts the Necromancy's cycling theme a wee bit. The idea's cool, but the card's underpowered.
Serpentis combat techs, woo! \o/ This could be a grapple card?

Celerity is a dominant discpline since when? It is pretty much purely combat support discpline that can do very little outside combat. Obfuscate is also pretty much support discpline that can do little else apart from giving +stealth, I am trying to give some other options for those discplines also. Oh and yes the coils could be a grapple, completely forgot that keyword existed.

Why make it a grapple? Theme wise, it makes it a less crappy grasp 'o the python, which funtionally can still be cancelled by fae contortion or charismatic aura. As of current wording, its great for mirroring typhonic beast when added to skin of adder, press and all. Tb is great due to stacking, damage prevent, and of course, that handy press. Its free with path, too. I like the idea of serpentis not sucking at combat so much
Celerity is a supportcdiscipline, its dominance is combat, and as a HUGE fan of combat, id like to point out that celerity combat isnt even close to as efficient as having stealth. More interactive, yes, but inf cel is junk. Inf pot or obf is way more useable. The proposed card slightly changes this.
Its valid to worry about viability and multiacting if we add too much to the cars pool. But, celerity needs better multiqct than flurry, so maybe if the untap wasnt useable on a bleed or political action, both of which should take more time than, lets say hiring a retainer, hunting, getting a weapon, or even fighting someone, itd be closer to perfect. Also, excepting enticement, what is a problem action that breaks the game giving superior cel a sometimes untap? Harrod could play dark mirror of the mind, untap, flurry bleed, untap, and vote. And he still wouldnt be that great.
Its pretty soon after a cel pro untap though, so we will see. A combat card letting you untap at CEL if the opponent isnt ready at the end of round would be quite cool too.

I'm just saying it's a really good discipline.
Even outside of combat!
They're good card ideas. I just see them doing stuff the disciplines weren't intended on doing originally; a blood cost could be warranted. Just think about it.
About being grapple: well, the theme just suggested in the direction of a grapple! Yeah, it's more of a drawback than not, but it would fit thematically.

Well, Resist Earth's Grasp, Instananeous Transformation and Forced March are all super good cards, as far as I've witnessed. Flurry of Action is pretty rough as well. Yeah, it's support, but a really strong support.Celerity is a dominant discpline since when? It is pretty much purely combat support discpline that can do very little outside combat. Instantaneous Transformation and Forced March are dual discpline cards so they don't really count when looking at what you can do with just celerity.

Very true, and id like to point out one of inf celeritys best applications is being paired with fortitude to play forced march.
You would think celerity by virtue of additional actions per turn in the fluff would be able to multiact in vtes.
