Some ideas I had would like some opinions

"Balanced" as in not giving ventrue obfuscate or temporis.

Not balanced in the sense of making no change to the game.

Im still behind no rules changes, other than trifles then master limits.

And Lilliths should be the skill fetcher.

Scrap the idea about inclans, since it requires loads of rules added, !gangrel weirdness, and dom malks gettimg access to touch of clarity.

Err, so nothing like any pre-existing meaning of "balanced"!

The fact that Ventrue, Giovanni etc. could get Dominate whereas other clans couldn't would be pretty imbalanced. The fact that Bloodlines would be unable to get their own unique discipline whereas other vampires would be able to would be pretty imblanaced.

Balanced doesn't have to mean no change. But making weenie bleed/breed better seems a bit... unbalanced.

Erm, yea. Recanted. Balanced as in the status quo stay, not balanced as in fair better, etc.
