2 unpreventable agg to a giovanni as am action.
Make him(samedi/HoS) with ability to play whichever clan hes not a member ofs cards
Move 3 blood from bank to younger uncontrolled samedi or HoS
All zombies get +1 bleed and +1 strength if he recruits them.

Not sure 3 votes are totally in theme for someone who's apparently been in hiding for centuries.

only lazarus as name may be a problem because there is a tremere lazarus. I would mantain him as "the capuccin"

Revised again. Keep in mind my very first sentence "I was bored", but now I feel I have to take it all the way.

So I dropped the political mumbo-jumbo. Dropped the Thaumaturgy. Added Thanatosis (if he IS indeed the creator of the Samedi he would most likely have this).

Added special more in flavor with the "Visit of the Capuchin" card. And +1 overall stealth. Bit risky that ..BUT...again he has managed to stay hidden for nearly 1,500 years. And lacking any title, uber bleed I figured as a 4th generation he was due something special.

I like it better. =)
