For most practical purposes, Ian Forestal has many, many, many disciplines.

At a certain point, having more disciplines stops being that exciting because it's moderately hard to use them effectively, unless you have a cohort of vampires in the same arena who all have the same disciplines e.g. the 10 cap with ANI AUS DOM VIC pro obt, the 9 cap with ANI AUS dom obt vic pro, the 11 cap with ANI AUS DOM VIC PRO OBT etc. So you probably don't do that. A star vampire whose supporters can't (easily) cycle all the relevant cards is in a somewhat precarious position - if you rush/banish/Pentex my star, my supporters can play some of the cards but not cycle them perfectly.

Also, looking at it, the discipline combo isn't super awesome. From a combat angle, CEL/CHI/pot/for is a bit weird. Chimerstry out a Flamethrower and Blur with it... but then what's the Potence doing? CEL/PRE/pot/for isn't terrible for mixing with some Brujah decks (although who knows what Group 7 would look like), but at 11 capacity you'd probably prefer a bit more. From a more bleed-y/vote-y point of view, Chimerstry is decent for stealth, though it's not Obfuscate.

Overall, comparing with - say - Harrod and Gwendolyn, they have 10 points of disciplines, +2 bleed, a better title, and arguably a better sect, and still don't see much play, so I don't think that 12 points of disciplines, +1 bleed, and a decent title is that outlandish on an 11 cap, if the special ability can be kept under control. (And the rewrite seems somewhat better from that point of view.)

My bad, the point I was trying to make, that a lot of disciplines is not OPed, at least not in this case. This is simply unnecessary = bad design choice. If they were canon, ok, but their number rose up in the process. I'd rather have her have Eze-like untap than for for exact same reason...

Also, the anti-Ven/Tzi silver bullet is way too strong. Whenever I play Louhi

my predator sighs "f*ck". If Tzi/Ven would see this as prey, they should simply leave the game. This vamp has 11 unconditional cancels hitting the table, more with hunts. Predator should offer a VP at very least for anyone offering to dunk Micheal, and he could do nothing to provide that VP until Michael is defeated. This card simply decreases interactivity.

loved it. Whatever choice of powers / disciplines. I asked so bad for mikael. Too bad he won't be at the mythical vamps storyline.
