i reread most of the "caitiff" decks: and your examples as well... and finally i agree with you: nowadays caitiff decks rely much more on master cards that i thought... i will rethink the card probably as an action card...

Blood line progenitor
Usable only by caitiff
action
Put this card on this non sterile vampire with a counter "ability" on it. His clan becomes "new bloodline". For each ability counter, choose a discipline. The same discipline can only chose once. This vampire gains a level of that discipline and 1 capacity.
As long as this card has less than 3 counters, this vampire can add a counter on it as a +1 steath action.
Any vampire he creates has an additionnal level of the disciplines chosen and an aditionnal capacity for each "ability" counter on this card.


... but the more i m thinking about this, the more i think i should turn this into something much more simpler as:
"Strange skill
action, only usable by a caitiff
+1 stealth. Discipline card.
put this card on this caitiff and choose a discipline he does not already have. He gains one level of that discipline and one capacity.

This is more closer to the fact that caitiff learns most of their skills by themselves or even create new disciplines (or recreate some)
