file Submission: Packing the court

The idea isn't going to work thematically as a bug.

How about:

Packing the court
Action
Ventrue

1 blood

+1 stealth action. Choose a younger Camarilla Vampire with capacity greater than 3. Unlock this acting vampire and place this card on the chosen vampire. The vampire with this card is a Primigen. Burn this card if they change sects

So, even an anarch can leverage a position, it's a ventrue thing. No capacity required to play, since you have to be 5 or more if the younger vamp is 4+.
And you can turn your vanilla 3 inferior discipline 4 caps in to an army of Primigen with no votes. And not wasting an action.
Also playable on other ppls stuff. Giggle

Isn't "Of Noble Blood" good enough then (well, it misses the "unlock" part, but nevertheless)?

So I think my concerns overall are two-fold, and while there are obvious differences between the various suggestions, they probably generally apply to all the suggestions so far.

1) If the idea is to create a viable political strategy of some sort, could it be given to a clan that doesn't already have loads of good political options? I don't really care what it is - whether it's some sort of Osebo fraud, the power of the Tremere pyramid, some Samedi mob criminality, or whatever else but... if there's going to be all the effort of designing, playtesting and getting art for a card, could it make a vibrant new deck, and not just Even More Ventrue Politics?

2) For the Ventrue, this sort of thing is just a bit... poor. If they want weenies out with titles, they can generally stand a good chance of passing Praxis Seizures or Ventrue Justicar. The usually not that great Ventrue Directorate Assembly isn't that bad if you've got a bunch of weenies and you feel like passing a few votes this turn (such as those Seizures/Justicar, plus whatever else), because you could use it to solidify vote lock before anyone gets a chance to burn it. If I'm battling with a deck that has some intercept, I could push through giving one vote to a weenie or I could push through calling Parity Shift to hurt that deck. If Primogen had something different or alternative to contribute that meant they weren't just a lot more frustrating than Princes, some tech like this might be worth it - but it doesn't really feel like this is going to help much.
