Submission: close the distance

I'd personally be looking to give enhancements somewhere else. Perhaps Assamite assassins, perhaps an Anarch rabble, perhaps a bunch of things like that. I just don't think Potence or Potence/Celerity is really going to overcome the fact that Torn Signpost, Immortal Grapple and Disarm combine to be godly.

Let Potence be Potence. Celerity already has Psyche! which will be superior to most things you'll cook up for anything based melee weapon aides. Melee weapons should be further distinguished from guns to give them a unique niche. Otherwise no amount of support cards will make them better than guns or Potence as is.

Quietus and Valeren already have some support for melee weapons. Extra wouldn't be bad. Anarch would house melee weapons naturally. Melee weapon support is wasted on Celerity and Potence.

God I hope Meat Clever and Bastard Sword eventually get reprinted with no pool cost... They really, really aren't worth it.
