Two vampires may be used to play this card.

What does this even do here? How does the function of this card differ if it didn't have this line? The two vampires are not used for anything? Even if there was some reason to "play a card using two vampires", its unnecessary complication without any particularly good reason. It could just as well say: "choose two vampires, do stuff."

Not to mention its worded weirdly. Any vampire can play this card since it doesn't require disciplines, not just two.

It allows you to use two vampires to meet the discipline requirements, both of them commit to this action and are considered acting. It requires :OBT: :THA: which only two vampires have, them both being high-caps. So two smaller vampires could both lock for this action, but if either is blocked the action fails.

It doesn't seem complicated to me. It seems like you missed the :OBT: :THA: discipline requirement? Regardless, what do you think a card called Eclipse should do?

The flavor here was that a Tremere and Lasombra did a ritual to force an eclipse ahead of schedule. And the eclipse enhances their respective powers and gives all vampires a sort of day-walking ability at the cost of agg damage.

:gang: :CEL: :FOR: :PRO: :cap6: Gangrel. Noddist. Camarilla. Once each turn, LivesByProxy may burn 1 blood to lose Protean :PRO: until the end of the turn and gain your choice of superior Auspex :AUS:, Obfuscate :OBF:, or Potence :POT: for the current action.
