Group One Do-Overs, Anarchs Edition

Could their specials be a little more... interesting? Unique? You've got:
+1 stealth
+1 intercept
+1 strength (burn 1 blood)
Unlock (after successful Anarch action)

Useful, functional, but not exactly ground-breaking.

That would be on the top end of the power scale (without the merge text), with the merge text it is too much. That said Anarch (title) 2 Votes should not exist... needs to be Baron of Someplace.

Now... that we addressed that is card is under-costed. This card is not good enough to see play, because you not seeing the real problem.

The real problem is that Nosferatu can not reliably put good big vampires into play without dying to bleed. Even if they could, they then have no good way to bloat. So even if you got this version of the card in play... +1 stealth doesn't solve that problem nor does it give anything to that they didn't already have. She has which is good, but that is not good enough without enough in clan to support it. Plus, without or something like that... her votes are largely wasted without the Baron title.
