As I said theme was the last thing I was thinking about designing this cards.

So you want some damage dealing card that stacks and is dealing pool ? Theme aside, it can work mechanically if you use for example template similar to marijava thugge on ANI
(if there is more than [card name] than ready vampires with , burn all surplus ones).

I suggest a rename: Pigeons from Hell

If you can riff with REH, why the hell not?

Maybe something like that could be more reasonable:

Animal infestation
Each vampire can have only one Animal Infestation
Put this card in this vampire, each unlock phase while this vampire is ready, your prey lose 1 pool. Any minion can make a action to burn this card. Burn this card if this minion goes to torpor.
As above, but do not burn this card if this minion goes to torpor.

Is there any limit on bleeds of 6 for any dork with ?
Why should we limit much slower ousting abilities?
