Sadly all three were from the WW's original, IMO less balanced, version of the game. I prefer the newer FRP/WotC edition any day (although haven't tried the original one with the current rule changes/errata the community has developed).

I have uplaeded all four card images (creatures which both exist in Vampire and Rage) on my blog . One reader commented that Walks-With-Might is actually the fourth minion appearing both in Rage and VTES.

Not all rage cards have two images.
Just the character cards (like Crypt cards)

And actually, some of the character cards don't have two images.

IIRC, it's mainly just the character with two forms (Breed vs Crinos, Banes with a Battle form, etc) with two different images.

Metis and a lot of the Wyrm characters (from the Wyrm expansion) have only a single image (it's the same on both sides).
