Ultra pro sponsored the EC, and was possibly looking at creating sleeves/boxes.

Max Pro used to have dripping fangs on sleeves, not sure if it's still in print though.

Aside from MtG stuff that looks vampire-ish, which I'd describe as "meh" there used to be what looked like Vampirella on sleeves, and probably some bland Anime art vampire female.

Much cooler art exists for various zombies, so thematically your Samedi decks could be sleeved logically.

I usually only like art sleeves on my crypt, but a company I cant recall had metal flake rose sleeves in various colors (I have yellow, pink, blue green somehow) that are cool for Torrie decks.

TBH, I hope UP does Vtes. I feel like My Little Pony sleeves carry more street cred than MtG ones, but your options are more numerous for ironic stuff (Yoda sleeves are on my Nos Cock Robin decks crypt, because Cock Robin is like 4' tall and hits hard. No secrets Akunanse is in a coffee bean deck box because they're always awake-d, etc) than thematically VtM/Vtes horror/horror punk/ gothic horror art.

I can't talk about ironic sleeving without mentioning Jaspers Turbo Nergal which I vaguely recall having unicorn sleeves on the crypt and possibly a mushroom cloud on the library. Perfect hilarity.
