1. I have the prices - its about 14~15USD (including the project phase) + shipping

Which company is fronting the money for the printing?
Which company is stocking the product?
Which company is reaping the profit?
(V:EKN isn't a company)

3. About the triplesnake logo I think if we run this project only for the promotional purpose (its simply: no additional fee, only the costs of production) it won't be a problem at all.

To stay out of court, I'd strongly encourage you and the company fronting the money to be 100% certain of that by contacting CCP and clearing it with them.

The mat I made was 24.25 inches x 14.25 inxches (after calculating to MM) is around 616 mm x 362 mm. This size works VERY well with 4 cards in Uncontrolled area, and 5-6 cards in Ready area with Crypt and Library. I don't know if going down a size is better or not. I like the room of mine which is bigger than the proposed game mat, but again, I leave that up to others.

The Tri-Snake just makes the mat. If it can stay would be the best I agree.

Seconded on both accounts.
Size matters, as we all know :P
And without the tri-snake it wouldn't be the real-thing(tm).

Is there still a possibillity to publish your template without any copyrighted symbols but in editable format?
I'd appreciate an official gaming mat but would also like the opportunity to customize play mats for my local playgroup or as prize support.

We can produce for example gaming mats with trisnake logo only for promotional purpose (like EC). This also includes tshirts, sweatshirts, jackets, glasses, boxes, whatever ...

It's not possible (for now) to print this mats with the tripsnake logo "out of the promo-profile".

OFC anyone can do such a gaming mats for own purpose. But not for profit. And not for the public.

If I would be make that mats for myself I'll be fronting money
No stock because this wouldn't be public sale
No profit (I'm a private person, there's no company involved in this)

But this is pure speculations right now. But if You Jeff remembered, I made some stuff for promo purposes in 2011 during EC in Poland. There was no problems with copyright or something like that because we did this only for promo purposes and with very limited quantity.
