Illusory Resources is not burned when the counters are gone - interesting. Obviously, with the low starting number of counters, it would burn awfully quick, but, without having a burn clause, that means it's probably a one time play (when the meta isn't inundated with Chimerstry). Nor does it either require or gain anything for having a Ravnos around, so it's a possible play for decks with random key vampires with out of clan Chimerstry.
