6.1.6. Action Card (or Card in Play) -- [..] A minion cannot perform an action with the same action card or via the same card in play (including from the minion's own card text) more than once each turn, even if he untaps.


Does the "an action" refer to each specific action or the actions from the card in general?

Example: Can an infernal sabbat vampire use both actions from the Kaymakli Fragment in the same turn if he untaps?

Kaymakli Fragment, Equipment, Promo , [Promo]
Unique equipment. This Sabbat vampire may allow you to draw 5 cards from your library as an action (discard afterward). This infernal minion may move 3 blood from the bank to a vampire in your uncontrolled region as a +1 stealth action. Any minion may steal this equipment as a strike.

Ah, looks like I forgot to scrap that sentence. It should have been replaced by the following one :
A minion cannot perform each action via the same card in play (including from the minion's own card text) more than once each turn, even if he untaps.

How about, instead:

A minion cannot perform each action via the same card played or in play (including from the minion's own card text) more than once each turn.

Clarified "played" (since cards played to the ash heap are not "in play") and removed the redundant "untap" clause.

Well, that's already covered by the next paragraph in the rulebook:

A minion cannot perform an action with the same action card more than once each turn, even if he untaps. A minion cannot perform each action via the same card in play (including from the minion's own card text) more than once each turn, even if he untaps.
