No.
Preceding examples: [LSJ 20081229] and [LSJ 20090731] refer to the word "when" for the reason not to be able to use a card twice on a triggered event (Tower of London was the first question like this).

May I suggest the addition of keywords to the www.vekn.net/index.php/all-rulings/general-rulings and place rulings for keywords such as "when", "may" and more under this?

Well, it's really just a ruling about House of Sorrows. I'll think if I can add it to the Rulings page.

I think the issue is that ANY word describing timing means that the effect can only be used once.

c.f. Maris Streck: "...can burn a blood to give a blocking minion +1 intercept."

c.f. Corpse Minion: "...may burn X blood to get +X intercept..."

Neither have such a word.
