It's now the same timing window (confirmed by Pascal at the EC).

Wrong. You can play for instance OtQV + Rewind Time to cancel an action card as the action is announced.

No. The text on prevents it from being played as long as a prior copy was played the same round. Likewise for Immortal Grapple. Contrast this with most bleed modifiers where the text prevents further modifiers from being played.

Wrong. DBR prohibits from "using" more than one ammo, not "playing" more than one ammo. Confirmed by LSJ some time ago (was at the French EC IIRC).
