Given the setup required and that you can only bleed once per turn, bleeding at stealth seems a whole lot less hassle for much the same effect.

Enkil cog = 2 bleeds
concordance = additional damage
with his special and narrow minds bounces do cost 2-4 blood so they are either canceld or not playeble (special trick is when they attempt to block you to get darign out of you and you play psychomachia inflict 1 damage and now they can't afford to bounce)
with his discipline set you can be sure bounces can be canceled or denied.
