Pressing Flesh

If i use Pressing Flesh to getting back a burned War Ghoul i needed to burn another ally or retainer?

She may prevent 1 damage each round. Tap and burn War Ghoul to burn any location; you cannot use this ability during combat.

Pressing Flesh, Action, Thanatosis:
+1 stealth action.

This ally is a zombie instead of what it used to be, gets -1 bleed, cannot gain life, and may play cards that require basic Fortitude [for] as a vampire.

I would assume so, as it is entering play, no matter the method of entering play

So i need to pay the cost, and i need the clan requirement as well?

No, those only count when you recruit the ally, i.e. when you use the default action built in the ally card to bring it into play.

To recruit the ally you need to pay the cost and requeriment plus the burn description. But from bringing him back i just need to only respect the burn description, Jesus i'm not recruiting the ally, i'm only bring him back! VTES are becoming a game with too many rules that are become boring.
