Since the action is canceled before resolution, it never reaches resolution and therefore effects that would apply "after action resolution" are not.And how about daring damage after Tangle Antropos' Hand?

Correct - but because the damage happens after the "action or combat"
is resolved by card text (which never happens).

No, the Vampire only needs to deal with the damage when the reaction happens. The assault is still on the stack and the reaction can still happen. So, when the reaction is triggered, the vampire takes damage from daring the dawn and has only one opportunity to block the attacking ally.
