So am I right in saying that, when you do bounce a minion, the newly targeted player has to contend with all the Stealth that is still on the acting vampire?

That could be a reason why B tried to block in the first place: A increases the stealth, then B bounces to bleed to C who cannot block without getting some intercept.
If B had bounced right away, A and C could have come to an agreement to get in combat and avoid damaging each other as much as possible.
