Scenario:
- Vampire A enters combat with Vampire B
- Vampire A plays Weather Control
- Damage resolution sub-step opens within the before range step
- Vampire B plays Alpha Glint
Can Vampire A now play Call the Wild Hunt?
More generically, does playing Alpha Glint, while there is still damage to be handled,
- Vampire A enters combat with Vampire B
- Vampire A plays Weather Control
- Damage resolution sub-step opens within the before range step
- Vampire B plays Alpha Glint
Can Vampire A now play Call the Wild Hunt?
More generically, does playing Alpha Glint, while there is still damage to be handled,
- move the game state to the "end of round" step before damage is handled, or
- create a pending effect that moves the game state to the "end of round" step after all damage has been handled?
Weather Control

Only usable before range is determined during the first round. A vampire can play only one Weather Control each combat.
