Is inferior Pulse of the Canaille a directed action?
My instincts say "no" but can find no solid evidence to back that up

It does not follow the templating of Vaticination that has been since ruled (and also via the symbol) to be a directed action
Rather, it feels like the action simply grants the controller of the acting minion and ability for the rest of the turn (what that ability does is irrelevant to the directed-ness of the action itself)

I am, however, unable to find another card with a very similar sort of templating
