times Foreshadowing Destruction IS usable at DOM vs 10+ pool

One thing that came up in a past tournament came up again in our draft. I looked up the answer and thought I would share it.

Foreshadowing Destruction may NOT be played at DOM against a target with 10+ pool. (incorrect, see below)

Actually you are wrong. It CAN be played, it just doesn't have any effect if the target is at 10+ pool. (apart from preventing you from playing further bleed modifiers)

It looks like LSJ is agreeing with the person posting......

"> Ie is it a bleed, resolve bleed, modifiy bleed, resolve modifiers.
> (Above card playable at superior)

> or bleed, modify bleed, resolve all current bleed action stuff.
> (Above card not playable at superior)

LSJ: The latter. Like ammo, claws, etc., the modifier must be played before
the effect resolves.

BSC: Unless he is ignoring the part in brackets below option to, leaving the reader to assume that he agrees entirely, he is intentionally saying that.

Is here a conflicting ruling that can help clarify?

LSJ says nothing about you not being able to play foreshadowing destruction, he only says you have to play bleed modifiers before resolving the action.

In parentheses, simidh says card not playable. LSJ is not clear if he agrees with that part or not. We played it this last weekend, that you could not play it. However, I see the argument that it can be played but with no +3 bleed benefit.

Klaital is correct. Foreshadowing is playable anytime between announcement and resolution, unless something doesn't allow its play.

LSJ was answering about the timing window.

Here's a ruling that (amongst others) shows Foreshadowing Destruction is played before resolution: [LSJ 20080105] .
