A very good quality inkjet should do the job.
A CYMK laser should do the job too.
Kinkos/Officeworks/Etc/etc should be able to print them at very high quality and for a reasonable price. There are 'multiple per page' PDF for a lot of the cards, and the trick there is to basically print the 'one page from each card' that you want into a new PDF and take that to your print store.

I have printed the last 2 sets here and hand them out as proxies. If you want i can send you a pack and the full information. I charge only what they charged me. I dont want to make a profit. The quality is really great, just ask Bram van Stappen.
