Flesh of Marble and anything that hits back aggravated (either 1 maneuver and close or long). FoM is also good against War Ghoul, Rock Cat, Nephandi, Potence rush and to a lesser extent CEL rush. It cycles easily and costs nothing.

Depends. If it's non-focused you could viably counter rushes with Majesties until they run out. If it's the Buruku+weenies variety it will, in all likelyhood, deplete your Majesties.

Animalism combat have no way to shut down combat end. I know I hate it when I'm playing my G3-4 Ahrimanes and my opponent drops a Majesty or Staredown.
You play 1 card, they've played 2-3 cards. You win in that exchange.

Aggropoke really isn't sufficiently cost effective unless you're consistently blocking rescues and diablerizing.

And Obedience of course. Let him choke on his combat cards.

Flesh of Marble is actually amazing against the combat you see at tournaments. It's just that anything that comes with Protean just doesn't reliably get VPs.
Unfortunately, with Obedience requiring a younger vampire and Nana, Howler, Matata and Nanguila being of the 8 and 9 capacity variants, that strategy is shaky at best as I painfully found out in the EC finals.
The only real answers are, in all fairness
a) Combat ends
b) Prevent or hitback with a press
