DoC Beneficial Anarchy was created by Kiddo
This is a deck heavily influenced and inspired by Black Hand Council by Marko Lindroos (here's the link) . However, since I don't play Lasombra and have tinkered with Anarch decks for quite some time before latest anarch expansion, I tried to make a decent version with one of the clans I do play (which is about half of all the clans there are).

Daughters were my final choice of clan, mostly due to the fact that they are one of the very few clans with access to both stealth and permanent votes gain, based on # of vamps from the same clan (iirc, only Lasombra's Power Structure and, to some extent, !Toreador's Foundation Exhibit do that). In fact, with two DoC masters that do that, i believe this to be the best access to votes an anarch deck can have.

However, there are at least two major disadvantages to playing DoC when compared to Larombras - no bounce and, perhaps even more crippling, much tighter crypt options. But well, what the hell, i like Daughters and I have most of the cards needed, so I gave it a try:

Crypt [12 vampires] Capacity min: 1 max: 6 average: 3.91667

My initial deck had one Fortitude master (in order for Delilah to be eligible for baronhood) and Sunset Strip (for all the embraces to hunt more easily, but dropped them both for now. Also, lately I've been putting Sargon Fragment in all of my political decks to great effect, so how about that?

As far as cards go, I have most of the cards ever needed for any deck myself, and those I do not have, I can easily borrow, so availability is not an issue.

A bit about meta: this is my first deck with less than 90 cards and the first ever without any combat defense. My environment tends to lean towards fatter vampires and combat decks are not that uncommon, so my usual DoC decks had at least 8 S:CE and 8 FOR prevent cards. Some of those could be added to deck, with obligatory political cards increase. Also, fatter vamps usually mean more votes, which is why I have 3 vote masters and 6 Madrigals.

So, is this deck something worth pursuing or should I just drop the idea?

A few Majesties would given Angela and Yseult more multi-acting capability in addition to acting as combat defense, so I'd definitely add those in.

I would go as far as 3-4x Yseult and maybe even replacing some of the Madrigals with Echo of Harmonies. That special easily cycles 2+ cards for you every turn and even more if you build around it. It's like a built-in Heart of Cheating.

Consanguineous Boon is strictly better than Benefit Performance. Voters will either want you to have the pool or not want you to have it, a few blood counters isn't going to change their minds.

No Voter Caps? Embraces are expensive.

I like how Madrigal can help refill your own vampires up, good idea.

Powerbase: LA doesn't seem too useful here, could be Barrens or Dreams instead. there's only a few anarch cards to use on it, and untapping an anarch means little since the Daughters are so bad at blocking, and there's no reactions.

splitting up half the Benefit Performances into Con Boons might be good, so you won't get completely shut down by Delaying Tactics, and sometimes you can use Con Boon to make table deals.

maybe add a Kiss of Ra or Pentex to get past really annoying blockers.

Doh, you are completely right. Will drop it...

Generally, I'd agree with you. However, I've been playing DoC alot and am constantly amazed how people, while generally having an 'I'm against' principle, tend to vote for you, assuming it isn't damaging them and they get to benefit a bit from it, especially crosstable players. The same reason Madrigals are in - I used to push serious politics with far from vote lock just because people benefit (and not get damaged). Heck, once all the others vote in my favour, as they tend to, even my prey will cut his losses and vote in my favour too.

But yeah, with dropping PB:LA, I'm inclined to go 6/4 Benefit/ConBoon.

Well, you are correct. However, my reasoning is that a)only 3 vamps can truly benefit from Voters (Gael having inf pre) and b)Embraces will go into political actions, too. I'll see after some play, but for now, I'm more bothered by passing votes than benefiting from it. Besides, Conductor+Madrigal=lots of blood...

I am not really sure if you actually need the whole anarch angle in this deck, you can get votes through with just conductor and bastille just fine too, I know because I have similar DoC deck without anarch angle and it works great. Also Siren's Lure isn't so good when you have no combat, Virtuosa is better. Also Change of Target and Member of Entourage are two good cards to help keep your daughters alive. I think you have too many pool gain votes and not enough pool damage votes. Undue Influence is also pretty bad, you got no bleed boost so you will just be bleeding for 1 with it, rather have more pool damage votes instead of those.
