I'm probably being dense, but I think I've read the deck, comments and replies carefully. So, my question is: why no Lily Prelude (almost certainly better than the Undue Influence)?

Of course it does. DoC vote has been tier1.5-ish ever since Conductor got printed, but I think the point here is to make a DoC-version of the Death Star deck - ie, make a deck that's supposed to oust with Revolutionary Council.
See, the synergy between Revolutionary Council and Firebrand is totally great and Madrigal doubles as both votepush and blood gain. It's awesome incarnated!
OF COURSE a G 3/4 DOC crypt backed by Victor Pelletier and tons of Lily Prelude and Parity Shift is going to be more consistent and probably better. It's less fun though

I am not really sure if you actually need the whole anarch angle in this deck, you can get votes through with just conductor and bastille just fine too, I know because I have similar DoC deck without anarch angle and it works great

I think House of Sorrow is very good for the daughters. You can use it on almost all of your masters (ectra stealth, extra votes, extra untap. (and with the coven it is just funny)

Yup, I already have a very functioning DoC 'normal' vote deck (latest version has an OBF angle, with g5-6 Vamps incl. Dmitra and Arishat), my goal was here to indeed make a Revolutionary Council-ish deck.
House of Sorrow is indeed a nice proposal!
Virtuosa vs Siren's Lure - I guess you're right.
Undue Influence vs Lily Prelude - in theory you are 100% correct. However, once I smack down a lily Prelude, this deck shifts from being benign fun deck into a real threat on the table. After that, I'm bound to attract more attention form all around. I'll give it a try, though, but I'm afraid after a test game or two, I'll need to put some combat prevention back in the deck. I'll give it a try, though.
So, the latest incarnation of the deck:
Crypt [12 vampires] Capacity min: 1 max: 6 average: 3.91667
3x Anarch Convert (1) Caitiff (group 0)
2x Gael Pilet (6)
Daughter of Cacophony (group 2)

Also don't underestimate the basic version of Virtuosa, I have more than once ousted people with that when they totally weren't expecting any bleed boost after I had only voted whole game.

well, IMO. Playing breed deck is absolutely enough to be considered a threat. . Having a lot of minions is ofthen enough to win a table even without any other cards. And playing them together with con boons just adds to it. So if you are already a threat why not to be a real one. One of the worst situation in multiplayer games is to look like a threat but not be able to actually do something serious to others. I would definitelly put some lily preludesHowever, once I smack down a lily Prelude, this deck shifts from being benign fun deck into a real threat on the table
