I find it hard to believe that you would cycle through 10 cards per turn when well over a third of the deck is masters, reactions or otherwise conditional cards that you can't easily cycle during the minion phase. How many turns does a game last in your meta?
Also, include two Anarch Troublemakers.

Yeah, pretty much this... the deck has enourmous card flow, to the point that in earlier design cards like Dreams of the Sphinx ended up hurting me more than helping, as I usually run out of cards when cycling 2-3 cards a turn. Even S:CE is used as multi action, so it's pretty much only Masters and Reaction in my hand when it's not my turn. And even those i usually cycle easily, having 14 masters with 3 trifles, and 14 reactions.

Troublemakers are solid, the only cards i see taking up master slots fillable by them would be casino and momentums edge. Casino seems narrower than troublemaker for this kind of deck. Have you had much luck with momentums edge? Ive included it only in madness network decks, for maximum bloat with victorias ability after an oust.

Honestly, it seems like a bad winmore-type card. In a perfect world, you draw it exactly after the first oust and it will give you maybe 2-4 pool but that's not what decks like this want when they're in the endgame. I would much rather have a Dreams, Pentex, Troublemaker, Misdirection or something else that will give me a second oust. Or, even better, something that is good through the whole game, no matter when I draw it.
Mind you, I've never tried the card in practice so take this with a pinch of salt.

Troublemakers are deffinetly worth it, will try to find a way to squeeze 1 or 2 in, maybe jn favor of Cassino.
In regards to Momentu's edge, every time I got to play it I'd say it pretty much won me the game. This can usually oust his first prey, so it all comes down to getting Momentun's Edge in time, with happened roughly half the time I played it. Once you are on late game, with people low on blood all around the table, 1 pool from ME, plus 1 blood from HG and 2 from Pappilon can make you not loose your oomph before your minion phase, and still do all the multi-acting to bloat, bleed and vote your next preys down. I would never cut it.
