A few comments:
-Given the capacity of your vampires, blood dolls are fine. You may need to push blood onto them at some point, too. Your master count is low enough that trifleness isn't that important.
-Heart of the City doesn't go in this deck. The blood and action are better spent elsewhere. You do have dominate to bleed, which I hear is good.
-Graverobbing could be a powerful play, but only Kiss of Ra makes it usable. I'd drop it.
-Hunting grounds would serve primarily as a way to lower your pool in this deck. If your opponents do that enough for you already, they are dead weight.
-I wouldn't base the deck around Mary Anne. Instead, you could have one copy of her, one of Johannes, and one of Emily Carson. She is a great deal and her special rocks.
-If you have any Force of Personality, consider adding one or two. The Ventrue in this grouping are especially presence poor, so it may be better to have a variety of S:CE cards. Won't your imbued prey be surprised when you unblockably call a Parity Shift on them?

My maryanne allistor deck runs a very similar crypt and crypt excelleration package, so trustcme when i say adding pt to 2 of spying mission and enchant kindred and poasibly a 4th trad might be ok. Heart of the city is in my deck, but i run less krc(in fact, i run no krc, just allistors , pshifts, and reins/those votes) so you have more important things to do with your actions than tooling up. Muhktar would help you, and yes,if you wanted a more streamlined "law firm" closer to the old school one, maryanne would be too big. But due to her special, you end up with a free prince once pdr game at least, not counting that you can easily get off a govern, freak drive, enchant, freak drive, special down in a turn with some luck and a non wall predator. No secrets ishtari or akunanse smoke this kind of bloat though (pascal is the only person to have ever played one of those decks when i was playing maryanne though).
If you own them, i would add perfect paragon and force of personality. Graverobbing is in my maryanne deck, but i rush with assault rifles or flamethrowers at stealth after paying 2 pool for them. You end combat. While ive seen kiss of ra graverob decks ( they suck in my meta, too much fortitude, due to a ceremonious abundance of combat) running one of each is hardly worth thinking itll matter. This isnt like malk 94 running one on the off chance they have a good target and lots of stealth, you need the card slot and the action.
Your bloat package needs voter caps, as for adding villeins or minion taps, thats your call. In lawfirms lately ive been straying from tap n cap in favor of vessel and blood dolls (typically 2-3 vessel and 2 bdoll) so that i can set up key parity shifts while staying out of range myself. But you do need some caps, and awe/ other push would be optimal. Not enough votes for the directorate assembly, but awe and perfect paragon would be optimal. Maybe take back some non freak drive non bonding modifiers.
Hope i helped without trying to detract from the deck too much. Its almost really solid looking. Big suggestion: murder someone for another lodin, maybe add victor pellitier.

Ok, some points before posting the newer version of the deck
- Marry Anne stays. Her special synergyzes too much with the deck and most of the time, if I'm behind for influencing a 10 cap vampire, the turn she first hits the table i can equalize things with a quick special + freak + govern down, and it only gets better from then on.
- I won't add Johannes, as I think he sucks balls. Emily is in thou, since her special is so good and it's a way of diversifying the crypt. I'll consider the murder suggestion for another Lodin. What would you recommend as my weapon of choice?
- BD and Vessels in favor of Taps/Villeins so I can set up my pool before the minion phase in case I want to parity shift that turn. They also can help me keep my vampires with blood, since the deck can be pretty blood intensive (govern down + freak + bleed with conditioning and it's 3 blood a turn, and this is a pretty typical turn I would take with one minion). HGs stay for the exact same reasons.
- Heart of The City and Graverobbing are gone. In the off chance some good vampire end up in torpor, I'll probably won't manage the stealth to make the action go thru. I left the one Kiss for the pure fear factor. Tzimisce hate the card and they are pretty prevalent in my playgroup.
- I'll squeeze some VC, but I'm dead set in not adding pure vote modfiers like Awe and Bewitching, since they are dead cards if I can't call the political action in the first place, and in my meta the usual way to deal with politcal decks is blocking the political card not outvoting the voter.
- I'll diversify the bloat package a bit, most so I can bloat and action card bleed in the same turn with my vampires, but I won't cut much of the bleed modfiers for them. I really rather base my bleed in modfiers than in actions, because of their element of surprise value.

Do you often run out of cards? It´s the only reason to have a 90 card deck.

In similar decks, i have seen libraries reduced to nothing. Truly, running out of cards should not happen before there are 2-3 players at a table, and walls often want to never run out period. But the only things in tjis style deck that ever really sit in hand is reactions, masters, and sce. All actions and mods can easily be used up at a rate of up to 12 a turn midgame, due to the "free minion factor" assume at least one more ready prince than normal by midgame, which means up to 5 after your first oust. That means all bleed pump, seduction, and freak drives are easily gone quickly, along with many actions, especially since noone has standing +bleed. So, dominate kine lategame is dead, as are some of the masters, but, luck depending, this deck can run out if running fluidly, and the only clumpy cards areneeded in the quantities they are in to flow with the necisary amiunt of cards that get used quickly.
His meta may differ, but i doubt that has alot of bearing on the amount of cardflow the deck optimally generates when not next to grapple combat or no secrets.

Yeah, pretty much this... the deck has enourmous card flow, to the point that in earlier design cards like Dreams of the Sphinx ended up hurting me more than helping, as I usually run out of cards when cycling 2-3 cards a turn. Even S:CE is used as multi action, so it's pretty much only Masters and Reaction in my hand when it's not my turn. And even those i usually cycle easily, having 14 masters with 3 trifles, and 14 reactions.
