Get rid of the Agents of power.
Kill someone for a Seattle committee and a couple of twilight camps.
Poachers is relying on the other players. Its never a good idea. If your deck is really thirsty you can add one Hospital food.
Put 2 covens instead of one. You get it sooner and can always use the other one to contest. (Also counting on suddens)
For the same reason add one more Information Highway and one more anarch railroad.
Every deck can use one Direct Intervention and one Pentex Subversion...
Put some entrancement (to get rid of some nasty allies).
Put some mind numbs, you can use them both both ways (prey or pred)
Your actions should look like:
12 Undue Influence
3 Entrancement
3 Mind Numb
2 Intimidation
Combat... groundfighting is not that good. if you want you can make it look like:
4 Staredown
4 Majesty
2 Catatonic Fear (nice against carltons, etc) Hum... not sure if it works against nephandus...
AM
12 Power of one... they cost blood... and you only get +1 bleed. The stealth is not always needed so.. throw in some Air of Elations.
5 Power of One
3 Monkey Wrench
3 Air of Elation
2 Perfect Paragon
2 Force of Personality (Imbued be gone)
Reactions...
Just put 4 wwef, 2 Delaying Tactics and 2 Power of all.
The mole??? Why????
Final loosening? - Not here.
Thats my 5 cents...

Groundfighting is awesome. A non-discipline combat card that gives you maneuver or press (to press out of crows + bats), or cancels grapple that hurts your PRE guys the most. Keep it, even up the number...
Also catatonic fear works against neaphandus, but DOES NOT work against carlton.
I would tho try something different , like Unholy pennance. That might boost your ousting power (unlike catatonic fear) while still keeping you somewhat safe from combat

The coven moves around the table... even to your prey... so yes you can contest it.
I agree with Pendargon... Unholy pennance its a better choice for this deck.
