I think galaric's legacy will work for you. Also, add the three anarch converts.

You can already take out a reverand adams and mary johnson as was previously suggested. I have an anarch deck with a crypt of 13. It has four Anarch converts and 9 other vampires. The Converts really help and I have never had problems with the size of the crypt. If you take out reverand and Mary you can go with a 13 size crypt. If you get the converts it is great, if you don't; you have a horde who can be "Galaric's Legacy".

I think, that your vampires will run out of blood really soon.

Adding a hunting ground or two, Lilith's Blessing and Coven seems a pretty good idea.

I'd also drop majesties and replace them with Staredowns. You will lose S:CE for small caps, but their most dangerous situation is to be blocked when they are empty.

I don't know about HG, since I don't have any clan consistency. Maybe Poacher's, but they really on other people having HGs so it's iffy. Don't own any Lilith's Blessing, but could add a Coven, since giving other people blood doesn't really hurt much.

I'll draft another version of this deck with the suggestions posted here and re post it.
