Ye Jack Drake is certainly nice, but I always find him pretty expensive for a vampire that has no bounce disciplines and no fortitude and is the star of a fighty deck.
His special is sure useful, but I always find myself on like 9 pool with Jack Drake + another guy out with no way to start rushing my prey before my predator's ready region is empty. He might be pretty nice in a baron/vote deck but I lack the Fee Stakes to build suck a deck.

I find Jack's lack of PRE particularly annoying. What if you want an anarch deck that plays Majesty (i.e. Barons with PRE)? It's a design flaw that discourages me from ever playing him. The lack of fortitude for multi-acting is annoying, too. He has tha for Crimethink, but that costs a pool to use. I assume the idea is that if you want to go a bleed route, he can undue influence, play Crimethink at tha, then maybe do something else.
Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.

I tried this some years ago. Comments are at the end of the post.
Deck Name: Lucita leeds the Anarchy
Created By: Joscha Düll
Description: Anarch tech starring Lucita.
Crypt: (13 cards, Min: 6, Max: 30, Avg: 4,61)
1 Hester Reed obt pot 3 Lasombra
1 Ignacio dom obt pot 4 Lasombra
1 Dr. Julius Sutphen (ADV) dom obt POT 5 Lasombra stealth-spec.
1 Banjoko obt pot DOM 5 Lasombra
1 Aurora Van Brande dom for pot OBT 6 Lasombra
3 Lucita cel pot DOM FOR OBT 8 Lasombra
5 Anarch Convert 1 Caitiff
Library: (75 cards)
Master (13 cards)
1 Anarch Railroad
2 Anarch Revolt
1 Blood Doll
1 Depravity
1 Elysian Fields
2 Fame
1 Haven Uncovered
1 Tension in the Ranks
2 Blood Doll
1 Monster
Action (13 cards)
2 Black Metamorphosis
1 Preternatural Strength
1 Graverobbing
1 Smash and Grab
5 Bum's Rush
3 Ambush
Action Modifier (5 cards)
5 Freak Drive
Reaction (10 cards)
5 Deflection
2 Delaying Tactics
3 On the Qui Vive
Combat (31 cards) (maybe a bit light on combat?)
4 Disarm
6 Hell-for-Leather
6 Immortal Grapple
5 Lam Into
2 Diversion
3 Slam (better Thrown Sewer Lids)
5 Taste of Vitae
Combo (2 cards)
2 Steely Tenacity
Equipment (1 card)
1 Ivory Bow
The problem of this deck is that it wants to do too much: Graverob, multirush, smash and grab, bleed and do the Hell-for-Leather-trick. I'm sure that it will run better if you decide to focus more on one way to play. I never was satisfied with card flow. Maybe Lucita is a tad too big for playing Anarchs. Going for greater numbers of pot/obt guys, like Xealot suggests, could be a better way. You could also use more Villeins plus Lilith's Blessing to get pool back and pump up with Tastes afterwards.
Anyway playing that deck was fun. It's definitely nice to have many options with Lucita's cel, pot, for, dom, obt, all usable with cards like Lam Into, Hell-for-Leather, Diversion.
