Here is updated decklist that I used in a tournament yesterday, and came really close to winning it, it was only 5 minutes before time out when my grandpredator ousted my predator and thus won due to higher seat before finals. Two out of four games (including the finals) I didn't get Hartmut to starting crypt, which really sucked as it made me miss on lot of pool gain from his special, although lacking the deflections didn't really matter too much since there was like no bleed decks at all in the tournament, only vote and rush ones. Overall it worked quite well, though I am thinking about finding room to add some more permacept, like abbots and mr. winthrop, for more defense, and possibly one more laptop because in some games it took me forever to draw any of the perma bleed cards, also one or two more villeins would not hurt so I can draw one earlier. Also might add few more instantaneous transformation as that card is really really good.

Mayne go to 5 of Hartmut, and if youre ok with 80 cards(not a bad size) add 2 abbot (free action) 1 wider view, 1 villein, and a resist earths grasp.
Not sure in the laptops. Id normally consider robert carter, but you neex the blood.

I would think you'd need more political actions.
3/4 of your crypt are titled, but you only have 5 KRCs.
You've got 9s and 10s in there, why not use them?

What does Hartmut Stover's ideal turn look like?
I would think it's something like:
Bleed with Flurry of Action - Untap
Call Vote - Untap (Instantaneous Transformation)
Dark Mirror of the Mind or up to block /Equip with laptop?

With more political actions, you should be able to do that almost every turn. I don't think 5 is enough.

I'd also throw in a Heidelberg and more laptops.
You're never going to bleed for more than like 2 without it.

It depends largely on whats at the table already, ideally will get the laptop -before- bleeding, I also use the powerbase quite a lot for bloating, so Hartmut would ideally do something like get +bleed (if he doesn't have already), untap with instantaneous, bleed with flurry, untap and do powerbase action or dark mirror, I usually have the 6-7 caps call the votes since they can't use mirror and usually not the powerbase either unless I got Ryzsard in uncontrolled.

Seemed to work quite well in Sunday's tournament. Granted, you didn't rack up that many points though but I still liked the flow of it!
