I don't think so because the minion did not fail in blocking the action (otherwise there would have been no combat and form of mist couldn't have been played in the first place).

Ive used form of mist and faceless night often in Googly Moogly decks.
The "normal" thing to do is:
A. Act, fish forca,block when you have >2 stealth access, or however much you percieve you will need, and play superior FN first.
Or
B. Act, fishing for a block with one form of mist and one faceless night in hand. Get blocked, play form of mist, let them try reblocking, or blocking with someone else and play FN.

Now, as i said, i use this in Rachel Brandywine madness network decks, so im normally bleeding for 3, and packg the stealth to get through, leading with faceless night on when i bleed after my prey takes thier actions. Im acting several times before my turn with homonoculous, so its a different aim: keep 'em tapped, bleed, defend with earth meld as needed.
With this deck, i dont think it matters as much. Id personally use earth melds with FoM, but its not a must in a not combat or wall centered meta.

Im not a big fan of the setup to justify 8 flurries, but im not testing this, so you may find it works.
I think Lokis Gift would be neat here, along with maybe one or two of (rapid change?) The sce/+1 stealth for a blood. If someone other than Xendil had serpentis, enticement would be cool.

Really, you can easily get outvoted, but that just means id cut to just krcx5 in that area. Its alot of pool setup to habe out >5 votes, which is a problem, since you only gain pool slowly other than with dmotm(which is only better because captain awesomely ugly ina dress shirt, hartmet stover, is able to stealth and untap with it readily with all superiors).

Why no minion tap/villein? Are you that worried about blood? You accellerate fine with multiact zurich and overabundance of info highway, but would grooming the protege work better than that many info higjway in a deck movimg cards like this one?

You got some good points there, I think I will take out the anarchist and ancilla, also I am thinking about switching Spider to Ryzsard, which will allow me to focus more on obfuscate stealth, cutting down on blood costs of cards, so I might be able to squeeze in some villeins without going out of blood.

spider is very suboptimal choice for this crypt. Ryszard is much better. If you change it all your vampires will have obfuscate so you can change earth control to some obfuscate stealth's (faceless night, elder's impersonation.
If you need hartmur in your starting crypt, than put 5 copies of him. And then you could add some more cards just for him (enkil cog, 1-2 conditionings).
You're sabbat voter, so where is powerbase: madrid? 2 copies will be fine.
You could try some of this new sabbat political card. They can make you some pool if coupled with villeins.
and mylan horseed is your friend too.
