7 rutor hand, and "only" one Dream and no other card cycling tech ? How do you cycle the excess one ? Have I forget something ?

(apart from that, it does seem pretty efficient, and a tremere deck with so much x7 card alway get bonus point)

Every minion can afford to play Rutor's Hand at superior. If I only Villein for 2 after that, so be it. The rest can be discarded during my discard phase.

Actually the deck is 11x7 + 3 allies. The ratios have been working well.

rutors hands can also be discarded to Dee's special, but still I think 7 is too much, also this deck really needs governs, and more obediences. 2nd trad with obediences and deflections at DOM is very strong combo, you should capitalize more on that. I would also get rid of Fanchon, if you bring her out first you are screwed because she can't play either 2nd tradition or parity shift, and if you bring someone else out you have to pay full price for her, try Zane instead who is nice affordable titled vampire. I also think 9 shifts is way too much, at least 4 of them could be some other pool damage votes. Thadius Zho is also rather useless really.

Klaital, you seem to have a completely different deck in mind.

I want to pay full price for my minions, get Rutor's Hand on all of them, and Parity Shift to recoup my costs. Zane can't be the target of Zillah's Valley, can't play Parity Shift, or effectively play Seduction, Crocodile's Tongue or Banishment. He does not belong in the deck.

More reactions would harm card flow during my turn. Adding Govern the Unaligned is a great suggestion - how would you include it without harming the rate at which I play Rutor's Hand and Parity Shift?

I hate parity shift sometimes. =/
