You could remove two rutors, two parity shifts, Thadius, one seduction, and one deflection and add 7 governs.

Have you thought about Archon? Not quite as flashy as Parity Shift or Banishment, and doesn't yield any immediate gain, but it would complement your deck's strategy quite well in the long run: 'burn blood if attempting to block' goes well with crocodile's and you might occasionally be able to torporize soft/empty targets, even outside your banishment range (i. e. 10- or 11-caps).
Archon
[Political Action] Political Action
Requires a prince or justicar.
Choose a Camarilla vampire. If this referendum is successful, put this card on the chosen vampire. This vampire may enter combat with a vampire controlled by another Methuselah as a +1 stealth
action. Any vampire attempting to block this vampire burns 1 blood. Blood hunts cannot be called on this vampire. Any Camarilla vampire can call a referendum to burn this card as a +1 stealth political action.

Played this deck tonight. Flowed well until getting wrecked by two stealth-bleed decks in the end game. Dr. John Dee got rid of extra Rutor's Hands easily. The deck really needs those Governs for when they're too low to oust with Parity Shift.

Actually, think laterally... Pulse of the Canaille.
And maybe some Revelations.

Given that you can refill your main vampire quite easily, Pulse seem to be a winning idea
Also, Army of Rats ? It seem to be very good to remove the lasts drop from your prey.

Along the similar vein, I believe better card/action to have here is Tier of Souls, but even that is kinda pushing it. Archons seem like a way to go to me...

Eh, it's not like he can defend it on regular basis, end even when he blocks, this deck is really not tuned for getting into combats...Also, Army of Rats ? It seem to be very good to remove the lasts drop from your prey.
