1. How do you intend to oust?
By bleeding stubbornly for medium to high amount each turn while my prey's minions are tapped
2. How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Defending with light intercept and bounce.
Making pool with Saulot special.
Damaging my predator's offense capabilities with spirit marionette
3.What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
Saulot and 2-3 tremere antitribu. One of them with inferal pact.
4. What do you want your average turn to look like?
Steal vampire or two from my prey/predator with spirit marionettes. Transfer blood/stuff with heidelberg. Bleed with marionettes and/or conditionings.
5. What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
Everything goes.
6. What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
playing against AUS CEL guns which can tap all his minions in his turn and still be able to untap & intercept my actions during my turn

You could play Flames of the Netherworld instead of Anesthetic Touch. Normal Gundecks don't play many Dodges or prevention because they rely more on their maneuvers to be safe from harm. So doing long range agg. damage could be the counter to this. Your Ruins of Ceoris goes will with that too. Of course without a maneuver it is useless for your common !Tremere. But AT is it actually too, because a dodge only on close isn't that huge.6. What problems have you observed with the deck in play?

I play more Neutral Guard and most importang Renewed Vigor. Saulot transferring down all the time and then filled up again is huge. Of course you can feed him with the Heidelurg too, but if you get only dry minions with the Marionette it's bad. I threw in many Bleedretainers because with Heidelberg you can swap them around and exploit them to a maximum. Or you get them with Saulot from others, Freak Drive, bleed with Neutral Guard (get burned by AI, yay).
I rely mainly on the 6-caps because you can easily get them out after the two blood on them from Saulot.

I give a thumbs up to Joscha's Flames of the Netherworld suggestion - your Tremere antitribu can use against guns or if they get the Ruins or some other maneuver, and Saulot can use the basic

That's would be good response for gun decks, but probably weaker than AT versus other decks. Nevertheless, I'll try this. I'm wondering as well about few theft of vitae which is more versatile than flames and AT, but didn't give answer to immortall grapple. On the other hand no combat at all (only ivory bow, maybe sniper rifle) may be good as well. Does any one tried such options?You could play Flames of the Netherworld instead of Anesthetic Touch

I prefer action modifiers. Heidelberg is often used to transfer blood and stuff from borrowed minions so there is no opportunity to use it for transfering retainers between my minions. And recruting them cost an action.I threw in many Bleedretainers because with Heidelberg you can swap them around

yes and no. Sometimes you just want to bleed at stealth and then -2 stealth is a big problem. Still, it's worth trying.Spirit Marionette-strategies benefit greatly from Codex of the Edenic Groundskeepers.
Sanguine instruction can be played only on a vampire from the same clan, so it's not an option. Duplicates are a little problematic, but having infernal pact and heidelberg quickly is essential so there is no space for compromise here. And people play more suddens/washes these days so additional copies could be handy.Since Infernal Pact is unique, I'd be tempted to replace one of them with a Sanguine Instruction.

It was okay because of the pool pumping Saulot. As I play with Renewed Vigor it was good to have her to fill up Saulot reliable without the need of playing an Infernal Pact before. She is my only defence against Pentex Subversion by the way, as she can play the Daring the Dawns.
