18 pool spent is a lot to recover from when you havent done anything yet, and you start to play very late. Against weenies or not.

I second what Cooper is saying, just now in a game I am playing on JOL with my ahrimane deck preying on Saulot + Euryale, and he is at 5 pool now when he got Euryale out as his second vampire and I have been just bleeding him with Muricia with heart of the city and Sahana with deep songs (after first rushing Saulot down to 6 blood with Sahana first to limit possible villeins)

I've just come back from holidays full of vtes playing. I tried few incarnations of the deck. On the combat angle, anestetic touch was the most versatile much better than theft of vitae and Flames of the Netherworld.
In crypt area Eurayle was almost always to expensive, but I didn't play a lot of renewed vigor to mitigate it. I'm going to try this. Next time I'll be playing this I'll try below version. Sadly it has 90 cards, which is too many, but I don't now what to remove.

i like the infernal pact-villein-renewed vigor trick. But i doubt you will need it. Saulots special is so great that you can try playing without poolgain. Heidelburg will fuel him, either from Marionettes, or, if everyone taps out, from your own vamps.
I would add 2 or 3 enkil cogs. It's just too good not to have on Saulot.
Did you like your stealth/unblockable module? It could work, essspecially when there is not much intercept around, but i tend to play more neutral guards. I like to be certain.
Do you actually intend to block stuff? If so, What? I find that making your predator jam on whatever he is playing in return of a blockattempt (stealth/combat/whatever) is very often the best tactic, when blocking is not your main thing. Try it, and you will start liking it at some point. It also makes building your deck a lot easier. for instance, tel misdirect is better than my enemy. and deflection is probably even better than that, considering your crypt. But otherwise your reactions are decent. ( i usually play Senna next to Saulot, so i need less untap)
