Not that I don't agree that MMPA should be toned down, but I want to point out that 6 out of the top 8 vampires have .
Also, 4 out of the 8 have .

Three of the top eight vampires bestowing an additional Master Phase Action.
As much as anything else, this makes me convinced...
What (in the numbers) convinced you?
There is no other trait in the top 8 vampires that matches so exactly.

Well, we are talking about "star" vampires in this discussion. Clearly multiple MPAs is a great special ability. But, I am curious of the counts and percents without the restrictions to make them "star" vampire decks. I think the results will be somewhat different.

Yes, there are some disciplines there a lot like and but those haven't been perceived to be a creeping problem like multiple Master Phases Actions have been thought to be (at least recently).

Since I did something similar in the Most underused card discussion last year, I've updated the stats on crypt and library usage here with the figures from the TWDA before the EC.
I'm not going to include the full lists here, but since most people probably aren't interested in plowing throught the lists themselves - the top 15 vampires in the TWDA:

If someone can do it easily, I'd like to see a breakdown of the most commonly played vampires in the TWDA, ideally down to those that aren't in the TWDA. Specifically, total number in one chart and number of decks present in another, with the latter being more useful.
